Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, and whey protein powder.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, almond butter or peanut butter, and water until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
